Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations (for any reason) more than 60 days before camp start date will recieve a full refund less the non-refundable deposit (boarding camps $500, Day camps $100). Cancellations (for any reason) 60 days or less before the camp start date, will not be refunded but will recieve credit toward a future camp of similar value to the program that was cancelled (for example, a boarding camp is cancelled then credit may be used for future boarding camp). Credit will never expire and can be transferred to anyone you wish. There will be no refund for any cancellation of a 2-4 day clinic or camp that offers less than 12 hours instruction. There will be no refund or credit for any cancellation after the start date of any program. Any cancellation for a medical reason will need documentation from a Licensed Physician.
